Lady, does that black-furred hippo look 'hungry' to you?

This person has already caused a massive mouse infestation over the years because she will not stop feeding the birds by just tossing bird seed on her patio. That is luring every animal in a ten mile radius to this building and she will not heed either the HOA rule nor the city ordinance that says do not feed any birds. I am debating whether or not to just start dumping all the mice I find in my house on her front porch. We have never been able to do anything in our own back yard because it is always covered in bird crap, thanks to her.

Sorry, got a bit off topic here.
