Is this phishing?

Got an email from my bank my accounts frozen due to unauthorized activity. Checked the money is there. Called bank they see nothing. Email wanted me to sign in from the email to "verify" but I didn't. I forwarded it to the banks phishing group.

Wtf is stis? My bp is spiking over this

Caller Id says my doctors office some guy named frank. Said I’ll call you right back frank. Office said they didn’t call and no frank there.

You can hover over the link to give it a basic smell test and discard if it fails. Otherwise log into your account the usual way. If there really is an active alert of some kind, there should be an indication from the main page.

You can read the email but DO NOT OPEN ATTACHMENTS OR GIVE ANY INFORMATION. Call and ask the institution in question. You did the right thing. Just relax delete the email and live your life

Take some deep breaths, or anything that works for you.. It can't hurt you now, you have disarmed it.
