My mechanic finally has time to look at my car

Hopefully this is something easy to fix. Just from the description, he seems to know what is up. It's something to do with the turn signal triggering the high beams to turn on, and sometimes they don't want to turn off, after the ignition is off. Or, they come ON at random times when the car is just sitting.

Yea, it's a 22 year old Saturn wagon but I love that car. It has just over 100,000 miles on it and as much as I hate driving, I hate it a little less when I drive this car. I was hoping it would be the last car I need.

Meanwhile I have my brother's 22 year old Saturn sedan that he bought from me. He drove a Saturn before that one.

I cried when Saturn closed.
