If the attendees were under the age of 40, they likely don't know how to converse any longer anyway, so the entire discourse would have been in emojis and texts sent back and forth...

It amazes me to no end even though I watched it happening in real time with my own kids as they grew up and would have friends over...my 26 year old daughter and her friends were NOTICEABLY louder and more vocal than my 16 year old daughter and her friends who are largely SILENT and enslaved by their phones, streaks and likes on 'social' media.

Social media is the most evil thing to capture humans attention ever.
