They do love their windows. One of my old cats used to chatter at birds out the window. She even brought back a few that I had to rescue.

She just happens to have gotten a good mix of genes from her tabby dad and solid black mom. (If I’m right about the tomcat that did the deed. There was definitely a preggo black mom cat around here a little while before she showed up.)

Her name was Freida.
She passed about 30 years ago. We had her & a litter sister for about 14 years.
She was a fun cat.
Looked very much like your Stella.
