(8,940 posts)Cut up frozen fruit and stir in. About 50/50. Peaches and/or mangoes in Chobani Orange Cream Pop is killer. Yoplait fruit flavors work well for me. Takes about two hours to harden after the frozen fruit is added . It will get rock hard and require a little thawing if completely frozen. Keeps the pounds off if you are a (former) late night ice cream lover. 🍦 🍨🤍

(71,321 posts)If it's fruit yogurt, stir the fruit in before freezing, otherwise the sugars will crystallize & concentrate in the hard layer.
The texture will change a bit, as you'll never get the fats as finally distributed as the were, and you might notice a bit of separation. You can remix it, but the mouthfeel will differ.
If you mix it first, it should taste the same, but feel different.
You can probably keep it frozen for a few months.
Put it in the coldest part of the freezer so it freezes as fast as possible to minimize crystal size of the sugars. The faster it freezes, the smaller the crystals
Slow freezing can cause it to end up grainy in texture.
