I say 'crosstown'; it's only a couple of blocks away. I'll still be able to visit with my homeless patients. But with a salary bump, more paid holidays per year, and no after-hours call. And hopefully, not the persistent, soul-crushing grind that results from admin squeezing as many patients visit per day as possible out of me.
