46 years ago, considered my many, including myself, to be one of the Dead's finest moments.
Just superb, especially Phil Lesh's bass line at the beginning of Scarlet.

Take a step back. Then all your friends up front won't be real bug-eyed.

(2,730 posts)and while there is a lot I remember, there is a lot I don't. There was/is always a lot of snow in Ithaca.

Rulloff's and The Nines in college town.
Sometimes we would drive to Trumansburg and go to the Rongovian Embassy.
It was a cold rain on the way to the show and while standing in line.
When we got out, it was snowing like hell and the drive home was brutal. Several inches of snow.

(22,659 posts)it's pretty accurate, but there are a few inconsistencies (ie: they didn't play Egypt until 1978).
My wife is a Cornell alumna. She lived a couple of blocks downhill from college town.
