This is kinda a guy joke but it is funny.

Guy walks into a dinner and sits down.
As he sits down he knocks his spoon on the floor.
The waiter walks over and gets out a clean one from his apron.
The waiter say yea you would be amazed how many people drop their spoon we all carry an extra.
As he is walking away to get coffee the patron notices there is a string hanging out of his fly.
As he is stirring his coffee he asks, yo what is with the string. (The patron was from Philly)
The waiter says this being California we are conserving water.
When I pee I just pull it out with the string.
Ok, but how do you put it away.
I don't know about the other guys but I use the spoon.
