From a Reddit thread. Starting at ~ 0:35 :

SULU: I'll protect you, fair maiden.
UHURA: Sorry, neither.

(it sounds more like "fair lady" to me, but either way works)

I've watched this thing so many times in my life.

"Sorry, neither" doesn't work for "fair lady" since Uhura is definitely a lady (and sees herself as one).
