LIVE: House votes to remove McCarthy as Speaker - Brian Tyler Cohen

There are two motions on procedural issues, then the motion to vacate the Speaker's position will be considered. The vote to vacate will occur at about 2 p.m. EDT.

ETA: Brian will be taking a break during voting since he has an interview scheduled for his podcast, but will keep the livestream open on the House session.

2nd ETA: Debate is ending in about 15 minutes. That should put the vote to vacate the speakership at about 4:00 p.m. EDT. Brian has returned to the livestream.
