'I don't have to put my life on the line': Cohen may not testify as Trump's online threats continue

Donald Trump’s attorneys denying prosecutors’ claim that the former president’s rhetoric is inflammatory and dangerous is disputed by former Trump attorney, Michael Cohen.

"I don't have to put my life on the line simply because Donald Trump cannot control himself, and the courts are not controlling him,” Cohen tells Joy Reid regarding Trump’s ongoing online threats. - The ReidOut - MSNBC - Aired on 09/27/2023.

Good for Cohen.

Shame on the judges.

Trump is violating court orders and putting lives at risk.
Judges don't care.

Exactly what is being done?! Judge Chutkan had TFG sign an agreement that if he kept up the attacks on judges, AGs and prosecutors, he would be "detained." And his reaction was to ramp up the attacks, but nothing happened! And then we heard that Special Counsel Jack Smith instituted a "gag order" to prevent TFG's attacks and threats meant to incite his "followers," but he immediately doubled down, and he's still out there attacking anyone he sees as against him - and nothing is done!

He's free to attack, incite and threaten, so I sure don't blame Michael Cohen, nor anyone else who refuses to testify. What kind of a trial do they envision if one of the greatest threats to this country is allowed to eliminate witnesses against him - which is certainly his aim??
