On September 20, 2023, as Republicans led by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) held a political fishing expedition poorly disguised as a committee hearing, with Attorney General Merrick Garland testifying, Representative Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) used the hearing to call out Rep. Jordan for using the committee as a criminal defense effort for Trump.

And I agree that he clearly deserves it - he's running after being stripped of his committee leadership by the Republicans after being lead impeachment manager and serving on the J6 Committee. And he is one of our best!

4. I like Katie Porter, who is also running for Senator ...

but 2 things I believe that she should not run.
1) The district she represents in Orange County will surely go back to (R)'s if she doesn't run for that district.
2) I don't believe she has the resume that Adam Schiff has to be a Senator.

She is so smart and she speaks out like no one else - she and her Whiteboard take on anyone with the facts! However, Adam Schiff has a much deeper résumé.
