3. From what I understand

Jack Smith did not really care if the witness list was released or not. He made no filing to keep it outof the public record but in most trials, it is not made public. The judge ruled on her own that the list should be made public so hopefully this is one more example of why she should be removed from the case.

And from what I remember, it was the identity of the grand jurors that it was essential to remain anonymous. But if she's already violating norms, I agree that she should be removed or excuse herself.

Given what everyone knows about Trump and his calls for violence against people who even criticize him, even a MAGA judge should know that they will harass and possible hurt witnesses.
