5. She won't recuse, but Smith can still make powerful motion arguments to recuse, and have them on

record. The problem is that only defense will be able to appeal the trial, not Smith.

They were saying she could do TFG's favorite thing, delay. However, we do know that Jack Smith will be paying close attention. Given her history, I also hope she recuses.

7. Smith gets a shot at pre-trial, when he can make his best case for national security interests.

If he can appeal to the Chief Judge of the District, the guy might turn over the case to another judge. Not likely, but possible.

The best luck is the uncontrovertible proof Smith's got for a jury. The worst is the judge diddling around with the defense/delay bs. If it drags past next summer, she won't protect the jurors from the politics of that election time.

Pretty sure Trump might not make it to the General, but if he does, he still won't win. But if he did, he'd have her appointed to SCOTUS as the Chief Justice.

Not only is his schedule filled with court appearances for his crimes, both state and federal, but what sense does it make to allow someone to run to lead the government that he attempted to overthrow??
