There has to be some objective definition, a checklist of "woke" indicators that trigger textbook rejection. I'd love to know what the check boxes are. The number of times a book mentions oppressed minorities? Any description of patterns or outcomes of discrimination? An honest history of business and government working together to institutionalize oppression? Or is there maybe just a check box for "too woke," without further explanation?
