I like O'Donnell but he's totally misreading this situation. The LAST thing Rupert wanted was having to appear in court and answer questions from some, in his view, second rate people. The money was chump change. Having this story go away was worth a Billion dollars. Don't believe me? See how many news stories you see about this next week.

The only thing O'Donnell got right was that Fox should have settled long ago. But since it got to this point, Fox made the smart move and bought off the Dominion hedge fund boys.
