15. The upside of the interview IMO

Schmidt's political analyses are always spot on but he's never on CBS or NBC or ABC that I'm aware of. And there are millions of people who don't look to MSNBC for their political news or look anywhere for political insight. I was amazed the foreperson of the GA special grand jury hadn't heard about the 'phone call' but I guess that's one reason she was picked as a juror in the first place.

But 60 Minutes is a popular TV production and some of it's viewers may not have known much or anything about MTG before last night. So whatever they concluded from the interview, I'm sure some conclusions were in line with Schmidt's opinions. And the more people who learn about MTG, the more people there are to defend democracy.
