Fox News in DEEP TROUBLE as DEFAMATION Lawsuit Moves Forward - Talking Feds

This week, the appellate court in New York unanimously denied the motion to discuss in the $1.6 billion defamation suit filed against Fox News and others by voting systems companies Smartmatic and Dominion over claims that their voting machines facilitated a stolen election. The suit is now slated to go forward. Harry talks through the damage this suit is likely to inflict on the news agency and the individuals involved, including Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell.

sez mot to “discuss.” I think we can all agree, we can discuss at any time anything that shines light on the truth . . . chiefly, Rupert Murdoch’s Fox News is not so much news and much more lies.

I'm not entirely sure if the RW cavalcade, which includes FAUX, makes people believe what they are exposing them to or if they are just saying what "their people" want to hear. I tend to think it's the later. And stroking anger and resentment seems to be a winning formula (and part of the Great Distraction).

When a judge denies a defendant’s motion to dismiss, the case will continue because defendant did not
convince the judge to terminate the case. The plaintiff has not won (yet).
