OP
Her honesty and empathy should go a long way to cool down this horrific action by police.

I was once stopped for a headlight out - which I obviously did not know - and only got a warning

I hope tempers don't flare into a dangerous situation.

(26,009 posts)2. A few thoughts occurred to me while listening to this video.
First, it sounds like the cops had a personal vendetta against this guy. Did they know him or anything about him that they disliked? They stopped him for no apparent reason and then acted violently from the start at a level 10.
Or, were the cops on some kind of drug?
Also, with the release of this video, those cops could become victims of vigilante retaliation when people are angered over it

I believe he had a tail light out. Horrific incident.

(26,009 posts)4. The police chief said that she could not see any reason
why he was pulled over. She said that they told her that he had been driving erratically, but that checks of other videos of traffic in the area did not support that claim.
