A red flag went up in my brain when the cop was over talking to the woman and cell phone guy shouted at her, "You're MY wife, not HIS wife. Get over here!" Seems like there might be more than one guy here with issues.

The cop approaches his wife, and instead of yelling at him to get away from her, he yells at HER to get away from him, like somehow it's her fault? You don't think that's off? Looks like there's an excess of testosterone all around.
