3. It's just a plain old entry of appearance. This guy is easily excited. When an attorney enters

a case that is already in progress they will usually file an entry of appearance, or if they are replacing an existing attorney they will file a substitution of attorney. How you get a 13-minute video out of this filing is a bit odd. However, I usually love MTN news and ads, they do a great job.
