For most human beings, the heart is not located behind the left nipple as depicted here, but rather more centered in the chest, between the breastbone and the spine. Anyone who's properly learned CPR knows that.

However, in fairness, Drumpf's heart is probably so enlarged from the daily ingestion of McDonald's Big Macs and KFC buckets of deep-fried bird-parts that he could place -- or pitty-pat -- his hand almost anywhere between his shoulders and hips and still cover some cardiac muscle. Laboring as it must under the burden of clogged arteries, not to mention the atrophy of compassion. And the location of the spine? Your guess is as good as mine.
