Duncan Hunter is just plain stupid.

No really, some political rag rated Duncan Hunter Jr.
the stupidest congressman.

I personally want to see someone beat Hunter, but he has
such a safe district, he can use his money to kingdom build,
with daddy showing him how to do it.
