I get CBC through my basic cable as I live so close to the border, but the website enables you to watch live too:

It allows you to choose the country you are "in" while visiting a web site. So you can appear to be in Canada and thereby able to use this link.

We are enjoying the Canadian steams as well as those from NHK (Japan) and from the BBC iplayer.
