2. A COURT FREED THE MAN ICE CAGED

Rigoberto Santillan-Quiroz sat in an ICE cell for eight months with no chance to argue for his freedom. Twenty years of building a life in this country—and a wife he nursed through heart treatment—didn’t matter to the regime. Judge Richard Federico’s panel struck the policy down across six states and ordered him released—the fourth court to tell the regime no.

3. TRUMP’S JUDGE PROTECTED ELECTION WORKERS

The regime subpoenaed the names, addresses, and phone numbers of nearly 3,000 Georgians who worked the polls in Fulton County’s 2020 election. Trump-appointed Judge William Ray II quashed it—shielding the very workers Trump was going after.
