House Freedom Caucus weighs kicking out Marjorie Taylor Greene
Members of the House Freedom Caucus discussed potentially ousting Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) from the conservative group during a closed-door meeting on Friday morning, three sources familiar with the conversation confirmed to Axios.
Why it matters: The discussion comes in the wake of Greene taking aim at Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Co.) on the House floor, where Greene called the Colorado Republican a nasty little b***h after Boebert introduced competing impeachment resolutions.
Two sources said they felt Greenes behavior was unprofessional, with one critic arguing that members are becoming increasingly frustrated with the Georgia conservative for a variety of reasons.
No decisions were made, one GOP lawmaker said, adding that the group had a wide-ranging discussion on a variety of topics.

This is intriguing for a couple of reasons. First, that they'd even consider kicking out the idiot given they have a history of standing by their nutcases. . Secondly, that they even recognize her idiocy. Greene and Boebert are two of the worst off-the-fringe idiots they have. Of course, they're backing Boebert's theatric "impeachment" resolution which is just Bobo doing her usual attention whore thing.

(58,785 posts)By 2020 the white male supremacist party was purging Republican women from positions of power too soon, primarying them on reelection, running men against them. Republican colleagues in legislatures were enthusiastically creating such hostile workplaces for women that those still there were being driven to leave office and even to finally complain publicly.
By 2018, their paltry two-dozenish women in the U.S. congress had plunged to 13. Too much success too soon! They still had to pander to voters, and their war on women looked dangerously bad.
So in 2020 leaders arranged to elect a bunch of women to bring the numbers up. Greene and Boebert were among them.
