'Get your own oil': Trump launches tirade against Europe for not joining Iran war

Source: The Guardian

Donald Trump has launched a tirade against European countries that refused to join his war against Iran, calling out the United Kingdom and France, as transatlantic relations sour from the spiralling conflict that has wreaked havoc on the global economy.

On his Truth Social website, the US president told governments worried about fuel prices to “go get your own oil” by force from the Gulf, comments that sent oil prices soaring even higher.

[.....]

In his Tuesday posts, Trump said “all of those countries that can’t get jet fuel because of the strait of Hormuz, like the United Kingdom, which refused to get involved in the decapitation of Iran” should buy US oil instead.

He suggested they should also “build up some delayed courage, go to the Strait, and just TAKE IT”. The US secretary of defence, Pete Hegseth, repeated the call, saying there were countries that “ought be prepared to step up on this critical waterway as well”.

tRump is having a hissy fit because Europe is pushing back against his illegal war and has largely refused US permission to use their bases or airspace.

One little problem for The Dotard: the dismissive "do it yourself, not my problem" won't work for the US public, and we will be paying higher fuel prices indefinitely because of this Republican war.

along with Trump lifting all oil sanctions on Russia...............

The shit will now rain down and cascade on NATO countries when they are forced to buy oil from Russia

AND another trashing of NATO by Trump, so that he can dismantle the entire NATO organization, pull our Military bases out of European NATO countries, and open the door for them to be invaded by Putin..........

Didn't we just spend the last 4+ years browbeating Germany for buying oil from Russia, and they finally agreed to join the embargo? I think it just happened this year, am I right? Now that he has bombed Iran, Iran closed Hormuz and they're all in the same boat. Chump came along and pulled the plug without even talking to the G7 countries first. We'll be kicked out of G7 very soon, I think.

I'd take the offer under condition he leave Hormuz, but that's just me. He may just decide he's embarrassed enough to make a scene there, and no one wants that.

I don't think anyone should "own" Hormuz, but I'd prefer anyone over the US or Iran at this point.

Speaking of anyone... Anyone remember the Bikini Atoll Tests? Does make me wonder if a really big bomb would detonate all their mines and fry their electronics.

Certainly not recommending nukes to clear it, but if I can think of it, I do wonder if that's in anyone's book of Plan B's to clear it. I know mines can be set off a great many different ways deliberately, but no idea on how susceptable they are to being "made" to go off.

because after all is said and done, we'll hear the flawed refrain that the shame and defeat he beings to this nation is everyone's fault but his.

(oh, and for Gen. Statler & Col. Waldorf, this isn't pro-Iran sedition, this is anti-Trump hope. Hope that helps!)

I’m going to be able to take two flights I have coming up. One I’m not too sad about. One would be devastating (my nephew’s graduation in the US- can’t exactly drive there).

Fuck that treasonous orange shit stain
