The head of the U.S. agency for enforcing workplace civil rights posted a social media call-out urging white men to come forward if they have experienced race or sex discrimination at work.
Are you a white male who has experienced discrimination at work based on your race or sex? You may have a claim to recover money under federal civil rights laws, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Chair Andrea Lucas, a vocal critic of DEI, wrote on X Wednesday evening. The post urged eligible workers to reach out to the agency as soon as possible and referred users to the agencys fact sheet on DEI-related discrimination for more information.
Lucas post, viewed millions of times, was shared about two hours after Vice President JD Vance posted an article he said describes the evil of DEI and its consequences, which also received millions of views. Lucas responded to Vances post saying: Absolutely right @JDVance. And precisely because this widespread, systemic, unlawful discrimination primarily harmed white men, elites didnt just turn a blind eye; they celebrated it. Absolutely unacceptable; unlawful; immoral.
She added that the EEOC wont rest until this discrimination is eliminated. Neither the agency nor Vance responded immediately to requests for additional comment.

We are back to 1993 again.
Newsweek had a famous cover (and an article - White Male Paranoia) taken from a film that released that year called "Falling Down" starring Michael Douglas (that i did eventually see on cable at some point a bunch of years ago), and they did a missive on what might have been going on during that time. I still have a threadbare copy of that issue in a file cabinet.

The film was definitely an OTT "dramedy" but was definitely a commentary on the angst going on that has apparently resurfaced.

So now unqualified white men finally get to say they are being discriminated against . Give me a crying towel. Every job I held had a white guy at the top. Clearly, we know what happens when unqualified white men get appointed to positions they know nothing about.

This is the discrmination that these type of people feel. Why should he have to live in a world where a black girl is checking out some trees (they were public in a public place).
