WASHINGTON — Attorney General Pam Bondi once again attacked members of the judiciary in a Fox News interview Sunday, criticizing federal judges who have struck down or paused portions of President Donald Trump’s agenda and saying the Supreme Court will ultimately hear the court battle over the administration’s use of the Alien Enemies Act.
“The Supreme Court will get involved,” Bondi said on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures.” “This is an out of control judge, a federal judge, trying to control our entire foreign policy, and he cannot do it.”
Trump administration officials and the president himself have repeatedly criticized judges who have ruled against the administration. Trump has called for the impeachment of U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, who is presiding over the case involving the administration’s use of the rarely invoked Alien Enemies Act to deport what officials claim are gang members to El Salvador.
In a Truth Social post on Sunday, Trump doubled down on his attacks against Boasberg, writing that he is a “Constitutional disaster.” Bondi echoed Trump on Sunday, saying, “These judges are out of control.”

(1,864 posts)Since you're NOT doing your Job, federal judges will have to. That's the way the system works. It will go to SCOTUS, like everything else. And what happens when your loser boss loses again?

The best evidence that they all know they are out of bounds is how fast they are trying to move.
And what an advantage their speed has over the slowpoke judiciary.

She called Boasberg a “Constitutional disaster.” Pot, meet the goddamned kettle. They didn’t mind “out of control judges” when they were ruling in favor of their pet causes like saying Biden couldn’t forgive student debt, even though the plain language of the bill stated that loan terms could be altered at his discretion.
Or, some jackass in Texas trying to ban mifepristone on a national basis, with no evidence to back the plaintiffs’ claims, and ignoring the fact they had no standing. That fatass, Judge Ho, on the 5th Circuit, had to stand on his head, while juggling and doing legal gymnastics to create standing so the suit could go forward.
Or, the truly out-of-control Judge Aileen “Loose” Cannon who made dubious ruling after dubious ruling in Cantaloupe Caligula’s stolen documents case. Her bullshit was so egregious, that the 11th Circuit slapped her down multiple times. And let’s not forget her deliberate slow-walking of the case and dismissal based on the already-adjudicated idea that special prosecutors are illegal appointments.
Oh, and then there’s the unqualified clown who ruled that the FAA couldn’t enforce a mask mandate on domestic flights. I’m sure it’s merely a coincidence (they do happen, right? ) that she just happens to be the spouse of another of Caligula’s cronies.
This list could go on for ages…
