Paul Manafort was found guilty of five tax fraud charges, one charge of hiding foreign bank accounts, and two counts of bank fraud.
The other 10 charges were declared a mistrial.

(13,846 posts)From what I've read on a couple of other news sites the judge took it upon himself to declare a mistrial on the 10 counts the jury couldn't come together on simply so that the conviction on the other 8 counts can move forward. Convicted on 8 counts of tax evasion and banking fraud ..... that's a pretty solid start.
