Let Republicans in Congress know the public is watching to see if they'll uphold the law or be complicit in the cover up.

DU'er,
Yesterdays legal deadline for the release of the full Epstein files has come and gone and only a fraction of the documents have been released. Many of the documents that were released were almost entirely redacted. Page after page of fully blacked out text. The government-wide cover-up has long been highly suspicious -- now, its illegal.
The Department of Justice announced its plan to breach the Epstein Files Transparency Act hours before the deadline, claiming more documents will be released in the coming weeks. Its clear at this point that the regime plans to stall as long as possible, hoping public attention will fade and guilty parties will continue to evade accountability.
We cant let that happen.
The public deserves to see the whole truth, and the survivors deserve to get the justice theyre owed. That will only happen if we keep up the pressure on Trump and his enablers in Congress.
Email your Republican Member of Congress today to let them know constituents arent letting them off the hook; they backed the Epstein Transparency Act and now they need to ensure the law is upheld.
For months, Trump and Congressional Republicans resisted calls to release the Epstein Files. But after relentless grassroots pressure and growing public backlash, they finally caved, and nearly every Republican joined Democrats in passing the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
The pressure from voters was so strong and widespread that Trump had no choice but to sign the act into law. Now, hes hoping he can wriggle his way out of accountability, release only some of the files, and come up with excuses for delay after delay to protect the powerful abusers named in the files.
But weve had enough of this two-tiered justice system where the ultrarich never face consequences. Were going to keep organizing and fighting to get the full transparency and accountability that the public and Epsteins survivors deserve.
The first action you can take is to demand a response from your Republican Member of Congress:
Email your electeds today and ask what their plan is to ensure the whole truth comes out from Epstein Files -- in keeping with the law they voted for.
Every one of their constituents, and every survivor who has shown staggering courage in their pursuit of justice, deserves to know if Republicans in Congress will stand by their votes or if theyll cower and enable Trumps latest cover-up.
In solidarity,
Indivisible Team

(23,220 posts)Congresspeople may just respond to emails and push for more from DOJ.
After all, wasn't it magats who got this ball rolling in the first place?
You might post on your social account(s) this little tidbit that the DOJ censor failed to obliterate.

One little "goof" gives the entire story away.
That's 14, not 41.
