Tad Devine is a Republican Troll!

Tad Devine, the most effective troll in the history of the Republican Party, single handedly took away the Democratic White House in 2000 and 2004. Can’t we stop listening to him in 2016? I don’t even think he is a human being, he is just a robot controlled by the Koch brothers.
