(60,011 posts)Admittedly I do not drive much anymore, in this small town, but the few grocery store hops I make, I stll see cell phone use in other cars.
However, seeing as how so many towns are in need of money, I am sure traffic stops will happen.

(6,785 posts)Another reason for cops to pull people they don't like or don't like the looks of over and search their cars.
I get pulled over for not wearing my seatbelt (Which I always wear) about every two or three days. Guess I'm going to have to start leaving for work an hour earlier than I do to make up for the new stops. That I don't own a cell phone won't make much difference.
Edited to add: And at least the seat belt ticket is cheap. When they want to be an asshole and I get one of these it's going to suck.
