I don't think it's jealousy of Macron; I think that in his mind women are valuable only to the extent they are attractive. Mme. Macron would be too old for his taste (even his own wife is too old now; I think his cutoff age is no more than 35) but he since he had to greet her he did so in the only way he can relate to.
