While reporting on the sudden death of music legend Prince on Thursday, CNN host Wolf Blitzer mistakenly referred to “Purple Haze” to describe Prince’s contributions to music and pop culture.

The song is, of course, “Purple Rain,” Prince’s most famous hit. “Purple Haze” is by Jimi Hendrix.
