Terroristic Threats ... a law in most states

Most states in the US have laws (dating back to the 1950s) prohibiting "terroristic threats" (meaning those things said meant to alarm, put in fear, cause terror in the person or persons against whom the threat is lobbed) ... that includes FEDERAL LAW too. As such, those threatening to do so, over a medium of exchange could be found and charged with a felony.

One may have freedom of speech, but speech has consequences for the speaker ... always.
