Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton returned Saturday night to Illinois, where she was born and raised, to accept the state's top honor from Gov. Pat Quinn. "I am so grateful for the experiences that I had growing up here -- the quality of education and opportunity that I was given, the support that I saw at every turn," said Clinton, 66.

. . . presence.

. . . she certainly is positioned for a good start in the Dem primaries. Potential rivals had better begin to speak up and out as often as they're able.
