Elon Musks family foundation took Tommy Robinson to Russia, says Musks father
Elon Musks family foundation took Tommy Robinson to Russia, according to the billionaire X owners father, who was with the British far-right activist in Moscow as he encouraged anti-migration protests in Britain.
Robinson whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon appeared last month in Moscow, from where he issued calls for supporters to take to the streets after a knife attack in Belfast. He shared video of himself in a luxury Moscow hotel with the older Musk, whose son has been a vocal supporter of Robinson.
I brought him out to Russia, Musks father, Errol, told the Guardian, adding that both men had held meetings with Russian business figures. He said the trip had been covered by the Musk Foundation, a private philanthropic organisation founded by Elon Musk and his brother Kimbal Musk.
...
Musk senior said he had become familiar with Robinson after the far-right activist was imprisoned. Robinson has a number of convictions but sought the spotlight in particular after he was sent to prison for breaching a contempt of court order.

EDL leader jailed for using friend's passport to travel to New York
The leader of the English Defence League has been jailed for 10 months for using someone else's passport to travel to the United States.
Stephen Lennon, 30, pleaded guilty to possession of a false identity document with improper intention, contrary to the Identity Documents Act 2010, at Southwark crown court in London.
The court heard Lennon, who had previously been refused entry to the US, used his friend Andrew McMaster's passport to travel to New York in September. He used a self-check-in kiosk to board the flight at Heathrow, and was allowed through when the document was checked in the bag-drop area.
But when he arrived at JFK, customs officials who took his fingerprints realised he was not McMaster. Lennon was asked to attend a second interview but left the airport, entering the US illegally.

Robinson's criminal record includes convictions for violence, financial, and immigration frauds, possession of drugs, and public order offences. He has previously served at least three separate custodial sentences: in 2005 for assault, in 2012 for using false travel documents, and in 2014 for mortgage fraud.
