Fox lawyer bellylaughs as Pirro's Reflecting Pool case hinges on 'worthless' paint chips

A former Justice Department prosecutor laughed Thursday at the government's Reflecting Pool case against a former Olympian, calling the key evidence "worthless."
Gene Rossi tried more than 110 federal cases over nearly three decades at the Justice Department.
He spoke about the case on LiveNOW from Fox, the sister channel of Fox News, hours after former Olympic canoeist David Hearn pleaded not guilty in D.C. Superior Court to a felony count of property destruction.

Hey Pirros do you think the Olympic canoeist is not going to bring structural engineers to his trial and even have the "company" that got 15 million on the no bid con-tract if there engineers said anything in the plan ..........and then request that the orange hair one be asked to testify that when he took that car "the Beast" on the floor of the reflecting pool that weight on that concrete which was only 8 inches thick was not made to handle that .............was he told.........or will he fib.....I will put it on my bingo card.......did that company engineer's say anything or do the research and the math................as someone that was a former journeyman carpenter that worked with a lot of concrete before becoming a airframe and powerplant technician................maybe that will be brought forward ............you know water was being distributed throughout the system at 8.3 lbs. per gallon instead of a weight being concentrated on one or more spots when that orange hair one stopped the car to massage his ego........
