Money may be involved, sure, but I just don't see this happening without some kind of serious threat involved.

4. He didn't reveal all that much, plus Donnie gets his jollies getting critics to grovel back to him.

And Cohen is apparently fine with groveling if it will get him more Trump viewers on his podcast, since he wasn’t getting any Dem viewers. He has no other way to make money. He has been disbarred, so he can no longer practice law.

What Trump is getting from Cohen, besides the sadistic thrill of making a critic grovel, is pretty helpful testimony.

As the CNN article notes, Cohen has been vocal that he felt “coerced” by New York Attorney General Letitia James and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg “to only provide information and testimony that would satisfy the government’s desire to build the cases against and secure a judgment and convictions against President Trump.” Those kind of statements will be helpful in Trump’s attempts to discredit James and Bragg.

And one other thing Cohen has been steadfast about is that he says he didn’t see Trump with Epstein or doing any Epstein type misconduct. Trump loves having Cohen saying that, in this moment when Epstein has been such a huge, damaging issue for Trump. That sort of support from a “critic” is very politically valuable for Trump.

6. In one of his books, Cohen wrote Trump saw a fifteen year old girl at one of his venues

and made some lewd comments. When Cohen pointed out that she was his daughter, Trump said something to the effect of "Well she is hot." Subsequently she had to kiss Trump. She was disgusted.

Now Cohen says he doesn't think Trump was interested in little girls.

That tells me all I need to know about Michael Cohen.

8. IMHO Cohen was never completely forthcoming about what he knew about TSF. Agreed that TSF lies and

is racist, but claimed to know nothing about ties with Russia.
