Lawrence Lessig, a Harvard Law professor, says the super PAC system that's been flooding American politics with dark money was never actually legal — and he has a case in federal court right now that could bring the whole thing down before 2028.

Arguments at the end of July in Lessig's case. If it goes his way it is very positive for the 2028 election.
