Sen Blumenthal put Trump judicial nominee Matthew Schwartz on the spot with one blunt question: was the Capi

Schwartz's SCRIPTED January 6 Answer BACKFIRES After Blumenthal Presses Him In Tense Hearing

Senator Richard Blumenthal put Trump judicial nominee Matthew Schwartz on the spot with one blunt question: was the Capitol attacked on January 6th?

What followed turned into a tense Senate Judiciary Committee confrontation as Schwartz avoided Blumenthal’s exact framing, leaned on judicial ethics, and repeated carefully worded answers. Blumenthal then unloaded, accusing the nominees of giving canned, rehearsed responses and questioning whether they could truly be independent from Donald Trump.

This hearing quickly became bigger than one question. It became a fight over truth, loyalty, judicial independence, January 6th, and whether Trump’s court picks are willing to answer basic facts under pressure.

THAT is exactly why NONE of them should ever have been seated and why our failure is complete when we allow them to rewrite the laws and history at the urging of the foulest creature to ever walk on two legs. This entire era from 2015 to the present day is nothing but a long, sad story of racial backlash empowering stupid criminals to steal and pillage at will because they do not care about anything else at all. We are victims of a failed state and failed system and the pain is only STARTING. Things are heading into much worse conditions and far fewer options to address them peacefully.

This is how wars of choice become existential wars for existence...but with the arsenals now available, they are not existential for a nation or a government or a corrupt leader alone... this is existential for humanity and human society in general. We aren't even CLOSE to addressing the fundamental and structural damage done in the last 11 years, not even playing the same sport.

I only hope I die before the nuclear bombs fall and the world ends in chaos, death and destruction. THE ONLY WAY OUT is a total reset of society and accepted norms, which is the only thing that WON'T BE TRIED until the aftermath and recovery attempts of the future (which can only succeed if the war is avoided in the first place).

They will likely deny it. But if it turns out to be true, then they've committed an impeachable offense by lying to the Senate during confirmation -- bye-bye lifetime appointment! And even if they can't be removed for that lie (partisanship being what it currently is), every case that comes before them has a ready-made recusal argument.

For Matthew Whitaker, the utterly incompetent flunky from Trump I who helped design a toilet for guys with massive schlongs.

Turns out that Schwartz is a bog-standard, white-shoe, corporate law, Fed Soc drone who clerked for Alito.

Anyone who can't tell the truth and not lick trumps butt deserves to be thrown in the dungeon !!!!

I am reading a historical novel of King Richard III and my thoughts are colored by life in 1483.
