I was looking at the price for canned beans, for a side dish. $2.40 per can. I was sure last time I bought canned beans they were around a dollar. The lady cleared her, throat. I was now blocking her. Oops sorry, I was looking at the price of beans. "I won't show you what this beef roast is gonna cost me." she said. I started talking about how the gulf war was only gonna make it worse.
She nodded her head and as she walked away, she loudly said "I blame Trump!"
Made my day.
I paid .87 a can for black beans yesterday, Phx.

(3,940 posts)I paid 10500 Colombian pesos ($2.85) for 2 empanadas and a 400 ml Coke Zero here in Armenia, Colombia. I think when I was in Houston in January they wanted $3.20 for a 20 oz Coke.
