Kudos to the man who got out of his vehicle to help the folks in the submerged car on the Jackie Robinson Pkwy heading toward the Grand Central.

(37,203 posts)my daughter lives there but I think she's been on set this week. I did go to the weather channel and they say the worst has gone through, and then there's a cool front coming in. They had a weird week w/the extreme heat and flooding.
