I'm going out on a limb here and claim that EVERYONE here on DU has screwed up at some point in our past. Some of us have SCREWED UP BIG TIME, some of us only commit little screw-ups. But every time we SCREW UP or just screw up, WE PAY CONSEQUENCES.

And we all have heard the truism: "If you owe the bank $200,000, the bank owns you. If you owe the bank $200,000,000, you own the bank."

TRUMP HAS NEVER SUFFERED ANY CONSEQUENCES.

-- Load up all your properties with debt so you owe various banks over $500,000,000?? No sweat -- the banks will restructure your loans so you can continue your lifestyle.
-- Openly cheat on every wife? No big deal -- they enjoy the money and look the other way.
-- Commit 45 counts of bank, insurance, and tax fraud and are fined $500 million . . . and can't pay? No problem, the court lets you off.
-- Steal highly classified documents? No problem -- the dumbass judge you appointed lets you off.
-- Buy a casino, drive it into the ground? No sweat -- the Russian mobsters will bail you out.

So -- this brings us to the question of the century: TRUMP HAS SCREWED UP -- SOLDIERS ARE DEAD OR WOUNDED, SOME WILL BE PERMANENTLY DISABLED; 175 CHILDREN ARE DEAD; AND ON AND ON. WILL THAT LYING, SLIPPERY, INFANTILE P.O.S. PAY ANY CONSEQUENCES FOR THIS, THE SCREW-UP-OF-THE-CENTURY?
