even close to analogous. Not to mention, two wrongs don't make a right; there were lot of arguments against and opposition to NATO's bombing of Yugoslavia at the time -- and for good reason; and the US was operating only as a part of NATO, not independently. Last I knew, NATO in no way supports current US strategy (not that there is one).

Independent infrastructure damage tallies (like those in the Wikipedia aftermath summary) list 82 bridges damaged and 38 destroyed, out of many more in the country, far short of 70% of all road bridges nationwide.
