Trump uncorks wild Supreme Court warning in Truth Social meltdown

By Erik De La Garza
Published February 13, 2026 5:38 PM ET

President Donald Trump escalated his attacks on voting laws Friday with a rambling Truth Social post that appeared to put the Supreme Court on notice, warning justices of the dire consequences if Democrats ever regain power.

In the lengthy post, Trump claimed that Democrats are engaged in a “scam” to allow elections without voter identification and insisted he would bypass Congress through executive action if legislation fails.

But Trump saved his sharpest language for the Supreme Court itself.

When we didn't vote for him 100%, he decided to burn it all down.

I’m also not sure he’s the sole author of these sorts of posts. They seem to precisely unhinged, so as to not distract his base. Expand to 21? Democrats get rid of filibuster first week or even sooner? I think he’s more afraid of the investigative powers of a Democratic Party controlled House than whatever happens after 2028. I agree, expanding the Court is a long shot though.

that on some Dear Leader appearance at Fort Bragg, Dear (accompanied by the First Nude) did his YMCA "dance" and ROBERTS gushed in his "reporting" that it was "special" - extra "special"!1

The kicker is that when I saw the headline "John ROBERTS" I just about had a cardiac event, zooming to the name of the SCotUS presumed Chief Justice!
