No real 'man' throws a woman to the ground. I slowed it down to 0.5x speed, went frame by frame. He dragged her, then whipped her on the ground. Her hands covered her face as he leaned down to hit her. Other ICE pulled him away.

He should be charged.

assault. If we had any real law enforcement this guy should be easy to find. Hope she filled a report and pres charges. Let him rot in prison for awhile and see who he assaults.
