Judge Hannah Dugan. Not guilty Count one - Guilty count two (Milwaukee migrant allowed to escape trial)

Correction:

Looks like not guilty of misdemeanor. guilty of felony obstruction.

Count 2 is the obstruction charge. It is the felony.

MILWAUKEE - A jury found Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan guilty on Thursday of obstructing federal agents at the courthouse earlier this year, but not guilty of helping an undocumented immigrant evade those agents who were there to arrest him.

Dugan guilty of obstruction, not guilty of helping made evade agents

Jury's verdict

8:36 p.m.:
U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman read the jury's verdict. The jury found Dugan not guilty of count one, helping Flores-Ruiz evade arrest, but guilty of count two – which was obstructing federal agents at the courthouse.

The jury was then dismissed.
